07 · Entity & Registration

Where the company lives.

Four registrations — the United States, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Dubai. One individually owned company per market, each with its own corporate bank account. All four operational inside eight weeks.

FX applied: AED 3.67 · SGD 1.35 · GBP 0.79 · INR 85 to USD. Per-market figures are Year 1 statutory and consultancy costs only. Administration, agency and processing are charged once as a tiered one-time fee: INR 2,50,000 for one market, INR 3,50,000 for two, INR 4,50,000 for three. Beyond three markets the fee is a custom quote — it varies with compliance and regulatory load, market entry strategy, visa requirements, the specific countries involved, and the facilitation required.

One-time administration, agency & processing

Single engagement fee covering administration, agency and processing. Charged once against the number of markets registered, not per entity. Fixed tiers apply up to three markets; beyond three it is quoted per engagement, depending on compliance and regulation, market entry strategy, visa requirements, the countries chosen, and the facilitation needed.

Notes

  • Take the investor visa — a zero-visa company struggles to open a UAE bank account without an Emirates ID signatory.
  • Emirates NBD is the traditional-bank option: the Business Banking Connect package is built for startups and licence-holders that need online-only access — businessONLINE portal, free online local transfers, first cheque book free, business debit and credit cards, trade finance access, and no minimum monthly average balance. Trade-off: limited branch access, higher per-transaction fees, and no dedicated relationship manager. Their heavier packages add a relationship manager but impose a monthly balance requirement.
  • Corporate tax registration is mandatory within 3 months even at the 0% rate; the late penalty is automatic.
  • A free zone company cannot sell into the UAE mainland directly — a mainland import channel is needed for Noon / Amazon.ae.

Sequencing

Four live in eight weeks.

  1. Week 1File Wyoming LLC and fax the EIN application — longest lead time, starts first. Begin UK identity verification and open the RAKEZ application.
  2. Week 2UK incorporated and banked. RAKEZ approval in. Singapore KYC starts.
  3. Week 3RAKEZ licence issued. Singapore incorporated, fintech account applied.
  4. Weeks 4–6UAE investor visa, Emirates ID and banking. US EIN expected to land — open Mercury on arrival.
  5. Weeks 6–8All four trading. UAE, UK and US tax / VAT registrations filed.

Settle before filing

Four separate entities mean four filings and four sets of accounts. If profit should land in one place, the UAE FZ company can hold the other three at the same setup cost.

If all four are run by one person from one location, that location's tax authority may treat them as resident there. Confirm tax residence before filing.

Fintech first in every market so trading can start, then chase the traditional bank in parallel — high-street banks want resident directors.
